EFT and Birth Art Cafe filmed for documentary
In January, an independent television company spent 4 days with us filming an EFT workshop for expecting couples, a Birth Art Cafe, a Blessingway ceremony and a Birth Art Cafe training.  It was great fun and my thanks go to all the participants who agreed to be filmed.  Watch this space to find out when it will be shown!

First ever EFT for birth professionals 4 day course a huge success
Last week I teamed up with Peter Donn, husband and EFT trainer to combine our skills and create a 4 day course for birth professionals.  It was a huge success and great fun.  I felt honoured to witness both the personal and professional transformation of the participants.  On the last day of the course, we paired each participant up with a pregnant woman or mum who had experienced a difficult birth to be case studies.  Everyone gained huge benefits - the case studies released fears and stored emotions and the participants felt empowered.
