Approved EFT Workshops
We are delighted to be offering AAMET-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 workshops in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, and occasionally London. We also run EFT courses and workshops as residential retreats in other parts of the country.

Level 1 EFT Workshop

Join us for this powerful one-day workshop which introduces you to EFT and in one day gives you the knowledge and skills to use EFT effectively on yourself and your family. Learn how to use this revolutionary method that targets unresolved emotional issues and the potential blocks to vibrant health and happiness.

The following are covered plus much more:

  • What is EFT and why is it so effective?
  • How do negative emotions disrupt my energy system?
  • How can a healthy energy system improve my life?
  • Learn the Basic EFT Recipe and effective Short Cut Versions
  • Learn how to handle some of the blocks to EFT
  • PLUS...learn at least ten ways to refine your application of the Basic Recipe!

The course is taught in one day and sometimes two half days. It can also be taught at your premises, subject to a minimum number of attendees. Attendees receive an accredited Level 1 certificate entitling you to go on to take Level 2 and expanding your skills or consider becoming an EFT practitioner.

Level 2 EFT Workshop

Once you’ve completed Level One, you’re ready to expand your effectiveness with EFT! This course entitles you to become an accredited practitioner. With plenty of practice, we take things further and learn new protocols for applying EFT more effectively.

  • Find Ways to Minimize the Pain of Uncomfortable Memories
  • Learn How to Find Core Issues
  • Testing Your Results
  • Working with trauma
  • Addressing physical issues
