Emotional Freedom is a state we all long for. It is not a place of being without emotion, but of being in control of our feelings, not being a victim to them. Examples of being controlled by our feelings, and not having emotional freedom are:
- having ongoing regrets or guilts about our past - in particular traumas that keep coming to mind, or causing us to re-member them by triggers in our environment.
- feeling anticipatory fear when we think about the future and what might happen, and not feeling like we have the resources to do anything about it
- feeling blocked when we think about moving forwards or wish to move towards creating our goals
- feeling anxiety and in a "survival" state in the present moment, and therefore unable to function calmly and peacefully.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is ideally placed to help in all of these areas and whether you wish to use it for self-help or with ont-to-one with a practitioner, it is designed to help you create emotional freedom by clearing away, layer by layer, all of these emotional challenges and blocks.
So come along to an EFT workshop or a EFT consultation and start your journey to emotional freedom. Alternatively first find out more about EFT.
